Effects of Jianpi Qinghua Decoctions on Immune Inflammatory Injury in Adriamycin-induced Nephropathic Rats

Abstract

To investigate the effects of Jianpi Qinghua Decoctions on the inflammation injury mediated by the cellular immunity in the focal segmental glomurular Sclerosis (FSGS) nephropathy rats. Methods?The FSGS nephropathy rat model was established by the method of intravenous injection of Adriamycin after the removal of one kidney. After the treatment of Jianpi Qinghua Decoctions, the blood, spleen and kidney samples of each rat were collected for the detection of splenocytes CD4+/CD8+ ratio, renal tubulointerstitial fibronectin (FN) mRNA, Col ⅢmRNA, and the expression levels of TNF-α and IL6. Results?The treatment of Jianpi Qinghua Decoctions decreased the levels of CD4+/CD8+, tubulointerstitial FN mRNA, Col Ⅲ mRNA, TNF-α and IL6 significantly in FSGS nephropathy rats. Conclusion?Jianpi Qinghua Decoctions could improve renal FSGS damage in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats.
